Basic Obedience 

Designed for dogs from five months old to fifteen years old. (Yes, you actually can teach an old dog new tricks) This obedience session includes eight, one hour lessons in a group setting. Dogs are taught to Watch, Leave it, Place, Settle, Heel, Sit, Down, Stay, and a Recall among other things. In addition to teaching basic commands, we also work on minor behavioral problems such as jumping, pulling, barking etc. Lessons are taught indoors and outdoors when the weather permits. 

Discounts given to those who took puppy class with us, or have adopted a dog from a rescue. Proof of rescue paperwork will be required. 
Early Registration is highly recommended.

  • Class size limited to 7-9 dogs to maximize individual attention

There is no playtime during this class. Please see our Daycare section if you're interested in playtime or socialization opportunities. If you have a dog under five months old, please check out Puppy Preschool! 
 

Advanced Obedience

An excellent to "proof" your dogs obedience in real life situations! Classes are held seasonally at local parks and bike paths.

Basic obedience foundation is required. 


Dogs and owners are encouraged to push themselves! Off leash, higher distractions and more precision is encouraged. CGCA (AKC community Canine) Testing can be given at the end of this course if the handler is interested.

Not interested in a group setting? 

All of our Structured class programs are also available in one on one private lessons. There is no shame in learning at your own pace or decreasing the distraction level for your dog.
